Glad Souta remembered him. I felt for Mahiro 🥺. He(I did too)thought Souta was confessing. Mahiro's little "I'm not like that" made me 🥲 On the plus side it's all out there now we will see what happens. Ps. Looks like my favorite shop keeper also lost someone 🥺.

What a pivotal episode! One of the most touching and fateful backstories I've ever seen, and I was totally crying, lol. The growth, the bravery and honesty we got from both of them were everything, even if Souta is still quite dense and missing the plot, we know he'll get there with all he knows now. His sentiment was still beautiful, and so is Mahiro's dream. And also, as an African American, I very much appreciated the inclusion and representation of some authentic African cuisine. I love this show even more. And Kasuga continues to be endearingly hilarious, randomly dreaming about Beyonce, lol. A worldwide recognizably black reference to go with the dish they cooked this episode, and I love the show for that too. A top favorite BL series for sure!

I'm still screaming though at how Souta got "lifelong close friendship" from all the reminiscing on his kissing dream he was doing, lmfao. Friends don't dream and think about how each other's lips feel on theirs, babe. How does one miss what's so obvious this badly. He's SO clueless, lol.

This episode I really loved how they were able to open their hearts to each other and have some courage to get stuff out in the open, that being said, Souta, please attend Tita Josie's class of reading the room and noticing the obvious 🙄. At least we ate finally moving the relationship along, can't wait to see the next episode.
