The trigger here is cheating for Jim. So this whole situation with Wen will be drama. Yet, I don’t think Wen has been messing around. Based in the convo between Alan and Gong something big happened where Alan was at fault, even with good intentions it seems, it broke something between them. Also that comment from A to W ‘did you find a condo or another’s bf condo?’ implying he was using him financially. That relationship is done but Alan can’t let go yet while the living arrangement is not helping. Wen didn’t hesitate to state in front of both of them it’s was over with Alan.

Wen seemed really afraid of Alan. Alan even said Wen wasn’t speaking because he was afraid. The conversation with Gong also suggested Alan is controlling and likely abusive. I hope that’s not the case, but it sure seemed to be the suggestion.

On another note, I love how they are treating the caregiver side with LiMing. Though he is empathetic and willing to help he is struggling and it happens in real life, the feeling of not knowing how to do it right, the fear. Normalizing needing some help ourselves to be better equipped to help others!

I was living for your reaction during the preview lol, anyways Li Ming best boy. I said this already buy Mix and Fourth are on top of my gmmtv list now. Not to mention their adorable interaction with each other on interviews and stuff, fourth is such a fanboy of mix. Speaking of which, all 6 main actors plus mark and other supporting characters, they are perfect, this series is such a delight, it’s raw, it’s powerful. As for next ep, don’t tell me heart will be in an accident, then the family will blame li Ming again 😂. I’m good with these kind of mess as long as you give me a great story and outstanding performances. PS Cong was such a hottie when he was spitting facts, lol

OMG...the scene with Fourth and Earth! Knowing this is Fourth's first series and seeing him hold his own with a seasoned actor like Earth...so good. Also, Earth in that scene really seemed like an older uncle who just wants the best for his nephew and his frustrations, anger and sadness at their current situation was acting so well by Earth. You could see, hear and feel the hurt and anger. This series is DEF the best we've seen from Earth! Brava!

I saw an interview where Mix said this character is the "most like himself" other than "never having fallen in love at first sight", he's ever played. If I recall correctly he said P'Aof said he had Mix in mind when creating/thinking of the character so everytime I see flirty Mix. Also made me think of that during the Santa scene and the Jimbo scene. Cause ust like you said Nolan, you can literally believe that that's just how Mix and Earth are at home away from the set...LOL

Oooh and the confrontation between Alan, Wen and Earth!! The acting betwent the 3 was top notch! First growl at the end...chile I felt that. Mix hand trembling after Alan left before Jim ask him to leave. And Earth's worry for Wen when he fell and after he to up...sooo good...so messy! I LOVED IT (said in my Edna Mode voice)
