At first I was like I’m Kind of rooting for the new guy but now not anymore 😂 the actor who plays Noey I know is 18 now but he just looks 12 to me 😂 I love how Noel’s friend’s didn’t care he wanted to date his tutor. Plus the scene when he did all those heart to Tin was so cute. By the way the actor who plays Noey is a rapper and he is in a group with the guy who plays his BFF who actually is his BFF
