This is my favorite series of the year. I'm sad it's only 8 episodes. When you really think about it, it's 4 since the average length of a BL is like 40ish minutes. I heard Li Zhen Hao first kiss ever was on the show.

I really love this series so far. Ye Guang and Xu QiZhang seem to balance each other and I love their interactions and the music. Ye Guang's parents are so oblivious to their son's needs it is all about their wants for him. The father does not acknowledge him as a person at all. How sad that the only interaction with his dad is about pressure to not disappoint or embarrass him. I feel the mom is really no better at this point, her words are not as harsh, but her actions are careless. Throwing away the egg soup bothered me so much, the mom saying it was not nutritious and then ordering pasta with extra meat sauce for protein. Last time I checked eggs have protein too.

I totally understand you when you say you don't understand it. I got also a teary eye when I see them together ! How can I say how frustrated I am when parents, who call themselves parents, just consider their child as a product, an investment... it make me so angry I need to pause the video and scream outside to not have a nervous breakdown... The uncle is terrible, I feel so bad for him. Alcohol just as any drugs destroys everything good in our life.
