This was a helluvan episode! Besides what you list at the end as great and/or dramatic moments, there’s also the whole drama with Bow and Yam that no kid should ever have to live with, but then the scene at Sara’s club is all kinds of heartwarming and fun, and is a big step forward for several characters. Coming back to the last scene though, I really like that when Annie gets backed into a corner, the writers always have her rise to the occasion and cut through the crap. This is the smart, wise Annie that I really enjoy. Chen needed to hear every word she said, and he needs to think things through thoroughly. Sometimes we create double standards without even realizing it, and that’s just what he’s done here. It had better be a well-considered apology when we get it in an upcoming episode!
