The emotion is always there but, finally, the story revolve about the acceptation of the cycle of life by the doctor and the birth of a love between life and death, I almost wish that Dr prakan became a soul reaper after his death and work with Tuaphee as his senior and lover... but it is impossible since soul reaper have their souvenirs erased... Dr Prakan loosing his mother was preditable but it affect me in another level since I lost my mother last week (sudden disease, multiple organ failure, she went in 4 days... she had no time to suffer, small consolation). I like that series. Purely aesthetically, when all the wounded workers enters the emergency, the music was epic symphonic with choir, I love that kind of music and in this sequence, it was perfect.
