Yes I also think Ma chan was taking pills to keep the heat at bay at first but I think the pills effectiveness were wearing off which is how he got pregnant that time I think. I think Micchis dad doesn't hate the alphas, I just think if its an Alphas natural instinct to mate or be aggressive towards an Omega, he got scared.
