You may have the old unfinished version of "The Spectrum Full Body HQ Swimsuit" since it was on some Sims. This is the final version of that swimsuit, so please replace.
This swimsuit has 53 swatches; 12 of which are solids colors!

I fixed the minor clipping that was in the older version and added the Spectrum swatches. Please enjoy!
