What need is there for sliders when The "Beast Of A Body V2" is already stretched beyond limits! :)
Well, let's just twerk, I mean tweak it just a little so that everything is proportionate although gorgeously disproportianate. Enough said!

The "Beast Of A Body V2" custom Sims 4 body preset is for those who can appreciate some thickness.
However, you'll see from the next Sim I post that this body preset looks good and can be used even on Sims of smaller frames.
