"Club Landing Strip" Nightclub by VTK (Patreon)

Club Landing Strip is one of my largest and most favorite venues!
Your sims will dance the night away in this spacious nightclub and enjoy drinks at the bar!
There is so much to list in this nightclub that I had to show a lot of pictures.

The main attraction which consists of the dance floors, dance stage, and bars are in the lower level.
This floor has large and small dance floors, a large stage with a dj booth, disco balls, a color changing waterfall light display, a microphone, couch seating areas along the walls, a stereo system, wall speakers, and a stripping pole for anyone feeling fantastic.
All my audio devices in the club sync because of a mod.
For me, it's a must have mod for my community lots.
I can't have a lot of speakers and audio devices playing different music at the same time.

Also on this floor is a 3 unit bar functioning as one bar with several flat screen televisions.
There is a massage parlor, lockers, showers, and restrooms."

Beneath this floor is another floor that I never use.

On the First Floor, there is a dining area, a state of the art kitchen with 3 chef stations
( So this can function as a restaurant instead if you chose to ), a restroom, a VIP bedroom, a computer room with high speed internet, and a guests living room area with couches and a flat screen television.

The Second Floor, has a modeling studio and an area where I take pictures for some videos.

The 3rd Floor has some beds, but it's not really used by me except my sims who own the club might crash there from time to time after a wild night of partying. You can design and decorate this floor to your preference. 

The 4th Floor is another floor that I never use. It's just a big empty floor.

Note: Outside to the left of the building is a square area that looks like an opening to the stage on the lower main floor. It looks like someone forgot to cover it. Please don't cover it or make any changes to it unless you just want to, but it provides some special effects for the stage area so that when you raise or lower the camera view, the result is various neat lighting effects from the disco balls.
