The reason they've brought this rule back in is because they're trying to stop all the protests that have been taking place up and down the country. There's another one scheduled for Trafalgar square at the end of this month, and the way things were looking, it was going to attract well in excess of 100,000 people. Right in the heart of Westminster. There are doctors, scientists, journalists (some of them former BBC/ITV) etc, who are scheduled to speak.

There's also been an increasing number of celebrities, media personalities, and journalists who have publicly expressed dissent. This '6 people rule' is a sign of desperation. I'm telling you. They're getting very concerned at this point. They're worried that the growth of dissent is becoming exponential. They're gonna throw everything at us to try and stop it now.
