@Hatman Just a quick clarification, in Islam it is Polygyny not Polygamy that is practised. Polygamy by definition would mean that woman can also marry more than 1 spouse. Whereas Polygyny restricts this privilege to men. I would like to know your thoughts on this as I think it also follows on from the gender roles for both men and women that you spoke about. If a woman in a traditional family unit practiced polygamy would she be able to take care of all her spouses? Just food for thought. Keep it up bro nice audios.
