As for my music process, I use Logic Pro X, and a mini 25 key usb keyboard. I never use stock loops or samples, everything is custom made out of software instruments. I occasionally use auto drummers, but always modify the regions in some way to make it my own. Usually I bang out simple beats and melodies on the keyboard, then go into the regions and clean up and modify as needed.
