So someone asked me if I could upload Dr. Bardot's two parts combined so that's exactly what this is. I know a few of you have heard of it, some of you haven't. I don't normally do combined audios/refresher posts but since it's been almost a month since her last update, I figured this would be a good choice for tonight.
