Modular Ecumenopolis, Upper Level - Part 2 (Patreon)

Hey again :)

This is the second part of the Upper Ecumenopolis modular system, expanding it with more streets and new Government building modules.

It consists of

-6 new street types, all 20x20 - 2 blank streets, Cafe, Speeder parking, Mountain peak, public space with a circular hole.
-8 Government modules, all 20x20 - Entrance, Public Services, Offices, Public and Luxury hubs, Chancellor Suite and Chancellor Office.

-Part 1 modules had been fixed a little. Background is a bit darker now and bugged handrails are now connecting seamlessly.

Versions and access:

All patrons get the same full access to the maps,
Chameleon Droids as usual get the fresh DD map files:)

All content is rendered in 256ppi WEBP and 200ppi JPEG
