Hey again :)
This is the derelict variant of this base, with heavy radiation leakage due to reactor meltdown.
Ship can still technically fly, but most of subsystems are dead or dying, including life support systems. Either loot whatever you like and get the hell outta here, or be brave or stupid enough to approach the engine/reactor area to do the crucial repairs.
And yet there may be those desperate enough who can call even such an unhospitable place home.
