This freighter is a heavily modified version of a Phalanx corvette. Thanks to its cannons you can forget forever about the space pirates, and thanks to the heavily boosted engine system and towing plates, it can push even light cruisers out of the way. Its only drawback is  amount of crew needed to operate and insane fuel consumption.
