Hey everyone,

we hope you had a nice week!

So this week we don´t have a build ready, but a video showing the first implementation of a procedural ambient Sound system. The video is with Debug View, I thought that´s more interesting 😉 It still needs tweaking (to much reverb in some places) but it was important to get it to work at all. And I really like it. Our Island now fells much more alive!

No vegetation interaction, different footsteps for different surfaces or wind/leaves yet, but that´s on the to-do list 😉

We are still reworking the Quests and adding solutions so you better know what to do where and when, etc. I will write more about it once we release the next build.

And I completely reworked the night time lighting so it´s not all pitch black after a certain time.

First ambient Sounds implementation
