Debug Release V0.1.6.2 [Notes] (Patreon)

The debug version of release V0.1.6.2.  This version introduces some changes under the New Game pages that gives you the option to prioritize newer encounters as well as provide a seed .for the encounter chooser.  Additionally, this version prioritizes the initial player character transformation.
