- Added debug options to add or remove skill from party members to better get good/bad results from encounter rolls

- Fixed bug where equipment skill bonus was not being taken into consideration when the game gives benefits based on the highest party member of a certain profession, ie the trader discount and priest affliction recovery bonus

- Completed the first player transformation text, triggered by the Suds of Power encounter.  Art is still pending.

- New encounter:  The Flame Dance by Duhad (tf into fire elemental)

- New encounter:  Cupcake Ransom (tf into cupcake)

- New encounter:  The Footrace (tf into centaur)
