There is literally no circumstance on earth in which a living human being can be forced to give their body to keep another living being alive. If I don't consent and you need a liver transplant, I cannot be forced to give you my liver. If I am in a coma and you need my organs, they cannot force my family to give you my organs. That's the law. So if I cannot be forced to give my body up for a viable already living person, why should I have to be forced to do so for fetuses? If fetuses are people they should have the SAME rights, not more. A non-viable fetus should not have more rights than actual viable people. Period. Like, the morals of it vary from person to person in terms of how you feel about it but logically, and legally there really is no question.
