I am not a football fan or even understand it but I love this film. I swear, Denzel Washington can do no wrong! When he talks you listen, whether it's in a film or in real life. I love Garry's transformation and see him grow into such a good man, they don't go into it very much but it's clear to me that he got a lot of his racism from his father and a little with his mother as well. But I'm glad they showed her coming around and you could see the bond that grew between her and Julius. But you saw Julius growth too, he too had some racism in him, yes I understood why but he was just as hateful in the beginning. The way he interacted with Lewis to me shows that and he was so angry and bitter, it was always nice seeing him smiled. Another Denzel movie I would love to see you react to is John Q! So underrated!

I saw this in middle school don't remember much Hayden is so cute with her natural curly hair. Even to this day they're certain parts in Virginia I wouldn't go to especially at night we have a place people call Klanover. I stay clear from that area when I can.
