Spoiling me on my birthday! ❤️

Rachel Culpepper

The thing with Teddy and Christina isn't about judging Christina, it's about processing Henry's death and knowing that she did everything possible and right. Christina understood what Teddy needed that's why she made the choice to keep recounting the surgery. I agree 100% Richard was a dick this episode.

Thank you Travis! Definitely made a kinda boring Monday birthday alot better ❤️❤️

Oh Dewd

Kim Raver (Teddy) is a fantastic actress. Sandra Oh (Cristina) is a fantastic actress. And the two of them together... just WOW.

I think with Teddy and Yang, it took her hearing it over and over to be able to visualize and come to terms with the process. I think Yang didn’t mind it so much because she like Teddy learns that way.

If you were a surgeon, like that's your job, and the love of your life is on the table, undergoing a surgery you're familiar with, that you could perform, but you didn't, because you sent in your protege to do the job, only it didn't have a good outcome, wouldn't you spend time second guessing, as a surgeon, whether or not you made the right choices, whether or not you could have done it better yourself? She needed to know with absolutely zero doubt that she could not have done it better herself. That neither Webber nor Christina or herself had missed a thing. She needed it confirmed in her doctor brain that it wasn't avoidable. She essentially did a debriefing on a patient like they usually do in the auditorium, except more personally with Christina because the show was trying to emphasize the grief process as well. I think it's absolutely brilliant. The second she is secure in that it was absolutely unavoidable from a medical standpoint, she can breath and accept that part. Again, I think it's brilliant to see that from her professional perspective, which also happened to be very personal. And I absolutely love this episode with Webber and Karev, because that is how he teaches, by wisdom and example. Remember Izzie and Addison with the babies? He needed to get that kink out of his development, so Webber helped him do it in the most impactful way possible. He's a brilliant teacher imo as well. Lmao. Love this show.

Such a great episode. Christina understood why Teddi did what she did. She just needed to know that she would’ve done the same thing Christina & Webber did which is fair. It’s only been 2 weeks so to think that she’s back at work so soon is wild 😩 Glad April tried but those moments showed the relationship between Teddi and Christina and April wouldn’t have understood it at all. Great reaction
