I love Alex and Meredith and the friendship that they have. I wanted to kick Derek in the butt for not being there for Mer at the end. And I like that the chief took responsibility for the clinical trial mess. At least he saw the reason for the decision Mer made. And Teddy and Henry are so adorable together! And I love Alex screaming at Cristina about how she almost killed him. That part had me rolling!

I don't know why I don't remember any of this! I remember Meredith getting suspended, and I vaguely remember her taking Zola, but not her actually getting fired, or Webber taking the fall for her. I definitely don't remember Alex getting stabbed by Cristina. It's almost like a first time watch for me too, even I've definitely watched this season, back when I had cable.

Alex and Meredith are my favorite friendship that developed on Grey's. It's a genuine friendship. And I'm glad Richard stepped up for Meredith. I feel like knowing what kind of person she is caused him to kind of push her into the decision that lead to her being fired in the first place.

I think Richard sacrificing this for her also could speak to the larger responsibility he feels for not being there for Meredith when she was a child - Thatcher not being there to help guide her (because of Richard) causes her to make irrational decisions sometimes. I loved your reaction to all the different sides of the conflict! One of my favourites for all the opposing views from different characters

If you remember back when Derek's mom showed up, she told him to his face he only sees things in black and white. That should have been a clue to the reasons he is the way he is when Meredith messes up. There's nothing in between with him, its right or its wrong and he never seems to give her the benefit of the doubt or any kind of support when she does things he doesn't agree with. I still like him and I always loved them together, but hated that about him.

Alex and Cristina is so funny, they act so much like siblings it’s hilarious. Every character has a love hate relationship seems like, and as much as this episode is emotional, I also love this episode. I want to spoil, but I won’t! Thanks for the reactions to Greys! I’m glad I found a reactor or a person who loves Greys as much as I do! Ur reactions are like mine and even rewatching it for like the 100th time, I still have the same reactions as u lol.
