For me I did not like how Juliette handled the situation with her friend when it came to her being Wesen. Don't ask for advice and then not take it. The only reason it turned out so good was because Joe showed up to take Alicia back with him. If Joe had not shown up Alicia could have still gotten past Nick and like he said run back to Joe. Juliette may not have thought it to be a big deal to reveal that Nick is a Grimm but every time she hears his stories and the conversations she has had with Monroe, Rosalie and even Bud about Nick and how different he is to the Grimm stories they have been told and what they know of them it just wasn't a good call. Juliette was even surprised when she found out a Wesen wasn't afraid of Nick and just straight up attacked. As for Nick's reaction to Zuri and his delay to put his gun down was more than likely due to the fact that most Wesen attack him when they find out he is a Grimm, and he was waiting to see if she would turn back calm down. The Wesen that attack Nick when they find out he is a Grimm either straight up attack or they wait to see if he will let his guard down and than try to attack.
