hahhaha. Not bad advice for Blaine at the end there! He didn't irritate me in this episode per se - I understood where he was coming from more - but I completely understood Kurt standing up and saying that he shouldn't have to be a delicate wallflower so Blaine can feel like he can protect him. They do need to grow together and realise they both are going to change still, as their both still so young. That scene though with Blaine saying he was feeling insecure is one of my favourite scenes though, as you can genuinely see where both of them are coming from and how they feel is valid. But Kurt does need to talk more - like Blaine wanted to talk about that website thing and everything but Kurt said they talk too much so that probably didn't help matters. Because they did always used to be honest with each other and talk about their feelings. This episode is one of my favourites of this season for sure! So good overall, and yes the songs were amazing. I Want to Know What Love Is is like in my top 10 fave songs of all time, so very happy Mercedes got to sing it, as she's my fave female vocalist on the show. Apparently, Cory really wanted to do that song at some point over the course of the show, so it was another little tribute to him to have the song sung. And I'm so glad you like Sam and Mercedes, as I know a lot of people are torn. I think I fell in love with Sam more and more every episode tbh. He's just the cutest. Mercedes got some willpower resisting him. haha. But ofc she is valid in her feelings too, about waiting until she's completely ready or when she's married. Artie's suit is hilarious, alongside your reaction to it!!!! hahahaha. Can't wait for next episode. Glad you're liking the season.

Just getting around to watching this now. I'm SO glad you loved this episode because I also think it's a great one. The music is fantastic, I especially love Artie singing Addicted To Love and Blaine & Kurt singing Love Is A Battlefield. Such great performances. And this episode really showcased what Glee did best, tackling serious topics in a comfortable way. While there was a lot of humour with the Artie STD storyline, it is an important topic that's rarely showcased on TV. And the storyline of Sam and Mercedes is an interesting one, I don't like their relationship at all personally (team Samchel all the way lol) but I loved how maturely they dealt with Mercedes figuring out that she doesn't want to have sex until she's married. That's seen as such an outdated thing these days, reserved for like Mormons or Amish people, but there are plenty of other religious people who do that too. My cousin is one of them. And I think they dealt with that whole thing in such a great way. And on top of all that there was the storyline of Blaine struggling with his body insecurities, which I loved because male body image issues are so rarely discussed on screen but Glee has done it several times now and I so appreciate that. And it's also interesting seeing Kurt and Blaine navigate all the changes to their relationship in this season. Despite Blaine being whiney lol, I think it's all handled in a very mature way. Oh and I'm glad you're liking Rachel again lol. I like it when you like her. 😂 I can't wait for the next episode, such a good one. Season 5 is my favourite season so I'm glad you're really into it. 😊
