This episode is amazing!! I love all the flashbacks, really clever how they tied everything together. 😍 Ricky and Gina joining the show for each other is the cutest thing ever, they truly are endgame. Mr Mazzara being in a boyband cracked me up and I love that he apologized to Miss Jenn and that he vouched for Ricky to Salt Lake City college, Benny is a sweetheart really lol. I love that Kourtney and Ashlyn convinced each other to join the show. And I really love that Alyson Reid gave Miss Jenn the push to become a teacher and gave Miss Jenn her "trust the process" line. Just AMAZING writing. But the Seb and Carlos stuff still bothers me. Seb being in a relationship with Nathalie before Carlos was funny but that means that Seb kept that from Carlos for all this time and that he kept the fact that he's bisexual from Carlos too. (The actor confirmed that Seb is bi and that his relationship with Nathalie was real and not just him figuring stuff out) So Seb lied to Carlos for a long tine. Then of course he cheated on Carlos, with one of his best friends. Which was bad enough anyway but both Seb and Big Red being bi makes it even worse. That's a harmful stereotype that didn't need reinforcing. And Carlos just forgave him SO quickly. It didn't feel right. And I actually really liked their song Over Again, but I see you weren't keen on it and I've gone off it a bit myself given the context. I requested a live version of it for the August music requests but I think I'm going to delete that and request something new. I just really think that whole Seb and Carlos storyline is the weak point of this season and pushes it just below season 3 for me. But that aside, it's still great. And Emmy's song Dreams Don't Die is STUNNING!! Liamani has one hell of a voice for her age, she's one to look out for in the future I think. Oh and if you thought this episode made you cry, good luck for the finale. 😂 (Also a little side note, in the finale there are two scenes in the credits. One at the start of the credits and one at the end. Make sure not to miss those.)

Your reaction to Mr. Mazzara being in a boy band was the same exact reaction I had 😮🤣🤣🤣Seeing the real start to everyone's HSMTMTS journey was very fun and would've been a great send-off if they decided to make this the season finale, but, luckily they didn't. Emmy singing "Dreams Don't Die" was wonderful (it was nice to see you connecting with the song this time around). I'm still just a little terrified of her, though 😉That cliffhanger would've worked better for me if I hadn't watched the next episode right after this one 🤣🤣🤣I'm assuming that you didn't do that so it's probably holding your interest more
