You were asking in the last ep, but yes, Jeff Davis is the creator of criminal minds and teen wolf! Although I don’t think he worked a lot on criminal minds, I think he sold them his idea, and considering the fact that Penelope and JJ aren’t in the first ep, I think he sold his script/pilot and then they figured other characters out. But he’s super predominant in teen wolf bc he’s the one that decided to turn the old movie into a tu show, was one of the writers for the entire 6 seasons, always was at comic con panels with the actors, and he also wrote the teen wolf movie that came out a few weeks ago :)

The tactics Gideon used during that phone call always stress me out too but it's calmed by the fact that he knows what he's doing even if he has to go to desperate measures to get what he wants from the unsub. The unsub profiling of the team always gets me too by the fact that he knows so much about the team in that instance but the one that got me the most is the fact he said that Hotch's sick pregnant wife couldn't even stop him from leaving his post or his job. That line always sticks out to me.
