Neal Caffrey is a very charming man, as you've seen with him charming a woman he just met into letting him stay at her home 🤣🤣🤣. I actually dig the hat on him, but maybe that's just me. I'm gonna warn you now, Travis. This show has a lot of hotties on it, both regular cast and guest stars! This show is a wild ride, so prepare yourself my man!

I didn't notice the "Part 1" part of your post's title, so I was thinking to myself, "This is not where the pilot episode ends!" :D I love this show. I love that it's smart, I love that all the characters are smart, not just the "criminal." We see Peter's pretty savvy and notices things, he's caught Neal twice; his people (like Diana) are capable and smart, and Neal is smart. In fact, I love Peter's line to his wife about Neal: "He's smart. You know how I like smart." That line is what sold me on Peter. I like smart, too, and if he appreciates that, then I knew I'd like him as a character. (Of course, I was already charmed by Caffrey, lol.) I had the first 2 seasons on DVD and one of them was lying on my bed when my sister came to visit for a weekend, and it was so funny - Matt Bomer's face is on the cover, looking handsome of course, and she held up the DVD and said, "Who's this?" And I said, "That is the very handsome and charming Matt Bomer, on a very fun show." And she was like, "Can we watch this? Do you mind?" I'm like, "I have no problems with that." 🤣 Obviously I like it; I bought it on DVD back while the show was still on! (Lol) So we watched the pilot, she loved it, and I ended up getting her into watching the rest. Who can resist Neal Caffrey? What's extra cool is, my sister and I went to NYC for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday, and since I'd already been there, I'd already seen most of the big touristy stuff (Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, etc.), so instead we went to see a show starring Matthew Broderick, we went to see the 9/11 memorial, had lunch at the Seinfeld diner, walked through Central Park, went to the Blue Note jazz club (which is so funny because I don't remember June saying she went there with her late husband in the pilot episode; I think I just picked it because I thought it would be fun to go to a jazz club), and... best of all, we went to see the mansion whose exterior they used for June's house (where Neal stays instead of living in that rat-hole motel, lol). I have photos of me sitting on the front steps of the home, and the same camera angle of the building that the White Collar filmmakers use repeatedly on the show, shot from the same street corner. Whenever we watch an episode of White Collar now, my sister and I grin at each other and say, "There's June's house! We went there!" 😊 I keep meaning to have one of our photos printed to hang in my living room as part of a little gallery wall of family stuff. Long story short, I love this show, I love Neal and Peter (Matt and Tim), and I'm thrilled to see you check it out! ❤️❤️ Can't wait until you see the second part of the pilot! So glad you're enjoying it so far.

This show is so cool! And yep, I completely agree with everything you said about Neal. Super good looking, but kinda giving off serial killer vibes, and I’m kinda into it! Except, I am cool with the hat. Lol.

I am not sure if you made the connection but Kate (the woman visiting Neal in prison) is played by Alexandria Daddario. She is the older sister of Mathew Daddario aka Alec on Shadowhunters. I love this show. I am so glad you are finally getting to it. As someone else said there is a lot of eye candy in this show. I don’t want to spoil anything so I will stop here before I accidentally say too much.
