ooohh the intensity of this one! Thought you would like it for that reason 😝 I was so scared first time I saw it - and after 3 rewatches and an 'ending explained' YT analysis video I finally THINK I understand what happened! LOL It's so hard bc they trick us so many times at the end so the tough part is- like you said- figuring out what of all that we saw really happened! And the answer is...everything up until he got into the room with Katie, she left to get the missing page of the form, he took the pic, didn't turn his phone back off, and then it rang while he had that thing on his head really happened, and everything we saw after that point took place in his mind within the 0.04 seconds before he died. It does confuse me a bit still though because like, why would they have kept showing the view from the cameras to show us that what he was envisioning while playing the game wasn't really there, if the whole thing wasn't even happening? That's what I don't get. Otherwise it's a another fun WTF episode and I'm glad you're enjoying the black mirror ride 😝

Oh and apparently there're a bunch of clues throughout about why certain things were as they were in the 'game'. Like he imagined that other old building they went to because he had just looked at the picture of it on the wall, he came up with that big ass spider cause he was watching some movie that had one attacking a building when he was on the plane (I definitely missed that the first time), and that creepy bully was who he was talking about with Sonja.

I literally don't understand this episode at all. Lol like I'm always surprised when people end up enjoying it. It's definitely a favorite for most people. I just get more and more confused on the rewatches. The story doesn't make a ton of sense for me. I'm glad it was worth it for him though.

Yeah I read it. Lol I still don't really get this episode. I think it was mostly because we never got any kind of explanation from the company. Like this dude died as soon as the device was put into his head. So everything we saw up until he was in the body bag wasn't real. Which means we never figured out what the company was doing for the play test. That was where my confusion lies.
