I agree with you about this episode tackling the subject of religion really well. I think a lot of conversations about religion do end up in arguments, especially when it comes to someone who thinks that everyone should have the same beliefs as them. But in the end being nice to each other is all that really matters and Shirley showed that. Personally I'm agnostic like Jeff, my parents are devout Christians and very hateful of certain people because of that. So I'm not sure if I believe in a god and I definitely don't believe in a religion but I'd never shame anyone for their beliefs and me and my parents get along ok despite our different beliefs. And yes, the whole cast can sing very well. Yvette who plays Shirley has sang with Amber Riley a few times. 😊
