This one is a good one, I agree I never really got why Hurley's friend reacted that way, maybe if it had been a couple of months and he had been lying to him but it had only been a day, lol. I love they gave the group a good moment for once, everyone laughing and having fun, it's very rare on this show, lol. I love the reveal about Bernard being alive, it is such an amazing payoff for Rose, all of last season she said that he was alive and she kind of sounded like she was in denial but no she just knew in her heart that he was alive. They set this up all the way back in episode 4, even down to Rose mentioning to Jack about the tail section being alive, her exact words were "they're probably thinking the same thing about us." It's such a powerful line now. And another great easter egg is we have seen the manager Randy before on the show, he was the guy that was bullying Locke before going to Australia, he is such a jerk. And we also learned in a previous episode that Hurley owns a box company, the same one that Locke worked at and now Randy works for him, lol.
