As soon as I saw Eddie as the liason to 911, I thought, "He looks so bored" lol. Buck, Buck, Buck, what are you doing buddy? You should be truthful my guy! Christopher just melts my heart every time he's on screen ❤️❤️❤️

I just saw this episode again yesterday and I couldn't refrain from commenting on it. The conversation between Josh and Eddie as Eddie is leaving for the night after the family is saved. I have always liked Josh, rooted for him to have a life and a boyfriend and appreciated how he supports Maddie and the others. But this one interaction changed my feelings about him and I'm not sure I can get past it. Eddie realized there might be a secondary trigger on the bomb in the truck. After two tours in Afghanistan, I think it's safe to say he was the closest thing they had to a munitions and explosives expert! So he picked up the call and started speaking directly to his friends and old teammates to warn them. If he hadn't the dad, the entire family and the firemen attempting to rescue the family could all have been killed. Josh recognizes Eddie by saying, "Great catch on the second trigger". Eddie- "I felt like time was of the essence." Josh - "Around here, time is alwyays of the essence. But you are an LAFD liason, not a dispatcher." Josh continues- "You are a guest in this house, act like it." "Don't ever hijack one of our calls again." Eddie- "Sorry, won't happen again." This was one of the most rude, inappropriate and infuritating conversations I've ever seen on the show! To put it bluntly, Josh was butt-hurt and he was being a pissy little bitch!!! How dare he speak to anyone, but especially Eddie like that? At the moment when he said don't ever hijack one of our calls again, I wish Eddie had snapped him in half like a twig! It sure isn't an issue when Claudette steamrolls anyone and takes over a call...but wait, that nasty bitch was a dispatcher, so it was okay!? The part about "You're an LAFD liason, not a dispatcher." makes want to bitch slap Josh! Um, let's see, Eddie is a decorated war veteran and an awesome fireman and first responder. Not to belittle dispatchers because I love most of them, but yeah Eddie is a fireman and the LAFD liason. You don't speak to a hero who has saved so many lives (and been shot in the line of duty) that way! Was Sue back at work at this point? If so, WTF was Josh doing having that conversation anyway? I don't believe Sue would have dealt with it like that at all. Josh is a petty, insecure, rude and hateful little bitch. I don't know if that opinion will change. BTW, who could talk to Eddie like that? He's just such a sweetheart and, as my grandmother used to say, "He's hotter than fish grease!" It would be impossible to look into those eyes and say much of anything.....
