Haha your impressions of the Count's voice. The Count is played by Seth Gabel it bugged me for ages what I has seen him in. I won't say the programme name as not sure if it's on your to watch list. You are right though he is very nice looking although the character is creepy. There's an interview where he says as Arrow is based on a comic he could go over the top with his depication he dissuced how flamboyant he could be in the role with the directors. I love Felicity's reaction and Diggle just walks away like - nope can't stand and listen to this BS. They way she sees through him and at end it comes across as she wont take any of his usual 'charming' responses.

I have to give the production team credit, it took them 12 episodes for a Vancouver landmark to finally sneak it's way into the background - the large suspension bridge in the background of the vertigo deal at ~20m in is the SkyBridge, one of the longest cable-stayed transit-only bridges in the world. Up until this point I only had a hunch that it was filmed in Vancouver. I'll chime in on future episodes with some location trivia when it arises.
