Yup, Halle Berry is in this movie and I love it (had a big crush on her when I was younger lol)! She's a complete badass in this and underwent the same training as Keanu himself (as well as training with the dogs so that they would actually listen to her commands)! Also, the one who trained Halle for this movie is Heidi Moneymaker, the stunt double for Scarlett Johanson in the MCU! So, the tall guy that John fights at the beginning of the movie is Boban Marjonovic, who was an NBA star at the time this movie came out (he's still in the NBA, but I wouldn't say he's a star now). The guy who shoots Sofia's dog is "Ser Bronn of the Blackwater" from GOT (looks different here doesn't he?) Mark Dacascos (Zero, the main action antagonist in the movie) and Asia Kate Dillon (the Adjudicator) both accepted offers to be in the movie without seeing a script because they loved the first two movies so much (I mean, I would've done the same thing 🤣🤣🤣). Mark isn't a huge star in Hollywood, but he's been in A LOT of martial arts movies and you can see why in this movie. The two guys that John fights before Zero are Indonesian martial arts stars and complete badasses! So, the reason that John survives at the end is because his suit is bulletproof (they introduced the bulletproof suits in the second movie). Notice that Winston only shoots John in areas that the suit covers. I will say that this movie is easily my favorite among the first 3 movies in this franchise (another movie, called The Ballerina, is coming out next year that's supposed to be in this franchise)! I will say which movie is my absolute favorite in the franchise when you watch the 4th one (which is awesome). I will say that the 4th one is quite a bit longer than the other movies and does have a post credits scene in it. Glad you enjoyed the movie!
