The Autumn of a Great Deal of Writing--which absolutely would not be possible without the support of this great club of Patreon paranormals--continues with another very long story to swallow up the cold night of your choice.

The last tale that actually gave me an unpleasant case of the spookies as I wrote it was vacancy... and now this one, called gifters, has done it too, and I'm not quite even to the finale, yikes. There's something about winter that puts me in the mood to get very ghostly and very creepy. 

But also, I want Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, gingerbread, and hot cocoa, and let me be very clear about this: I want it all in the same mug.
