Mod Summary

This mod enhances the fitness experience for Sims in the Sims 4. Bringing to life some of the common activities we do in everyday life to get in shape and become healthier.

• NEW OBJECTS: Bringing in an Elliptical, Rower, Climber, and a new Treadmill as a first step towards expanding the FlowFit experience

No, as soon as you load up a save, this mod becomes active in that save. No action is required.

How to Install:

New User
> In-game, go to 'GAME OPTIONS' and then 'OTHER.' 
> Make sure the "Enable Custom Content and Mods" and "Script Mods Allowed" boxes are checked
> Exit the game (or make sure to Save and Exit if in the middle of a game)
> Extract mod
> Place the .package file into your Mods folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods)
> Restart Game
> Done!

Existing User
> Exit the game (or make sure to Save and Exit if in the middle of a game)
> Remove any SimRealist files
> Extract mod
> Place the .package file into your Mods folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods)
> Restart Game
> Done!
