I still have not figure out what does it do?Before I download, I would like to know what it does.

I haven't yet put it back in my game since the updates (only because I'm concentrating on how to play this new world and all), but the main concept is that your Sim's hair can grow. They can go to rabbit-hole salons to get a trim or new cut; they can become mindful when their hair is overgrown (picking hair off their shoulders), and your overgrown hair can litter the floor. I think hair changes weekly: you can start with short hair, have it grow to medium, then long (even with cc hair). I haven't played the update where you can select the styles to progress into - this helps if you have a CC hair that is technically based on short hair, but is actually long (and vice-versa), but before I couldn't figure out how to play eco, it removed some of the boredom that comes from 'mastering' the Sims.
