Is it possible to modify the lot traits to reduce those bills rather than eliminating them? For the sake of realism? I have solar panels, but my electricity is not free.

I've seen mixed results from this but with a system that can fully cover your household needs, you would essentially have a $0 bill. I've seen some actually give power to the grid rather than use it. It all depends on how many panels you have, your household usage, and where your house is placed I believe. I rather not get too technical on that until I actually bring in home efficiency features/items (if I'm able to get this far).

Understandable. For my personal story telling, I'm considering upgrading showers to low flow, etc. to make it water and have CC solar panels I buy, but I would LOVE it if you had those features actually in the mod! Is there anything in the package file that is tunable? I would be happy to do the tuning myself for my personal use, but I poked around in the files and couldn't find a commodity to alter.
