god I don't think I've drawn a girl in like, years, honestly? geez.

anyway I had some really good reference material for this one, which, coupled with all the boring IRL study I've been doing, combined in making this piece turn out really well, imho. Every once in a while I have a "landmark" piece which showcases a notable increase in my skills and sets a higher standard for pics to come and I feel like this has gotta be one of them.

Rendering this took ages but I feel like if I just knuckle down and keep my nose to the grindstone it won't be long before I'm effortlessly pumping out stuff on par with this, which has me thrilled.
