Just know that sometimes these soft subtle audios can lead you to some emotions. I use a lot of comfort speech and sometimes that can stir things in someone. It is okay if you break out of trance, or feel some sort of way about it, and it doesn't mean you failed or anything. If you get emotional during the audio, that can be normal, especially if things are said that you've been wanting to hear, and didn't realize. Mostly I think it will be such a sweet cozy journey, but I never can tell what will strike someone...I just hope it's good 😉💖
