Hello darling!

So I've been commenting recently about creating some basic files that hold some of my favorite triggers and common themes in hypnosis. Today we break down (hah) Fractionation, right down to the etymology (root) of the word.

I made this file so that if you listen to it and don't loop it, it will leave you without a wakener, but a suggestion that you will gradually wake up over time feeling refreshed and happy. If you loop the audio there is a wake up command at the beginning, and you can listen to some words before I tell you that you can be done, or take the loop again if you want to. 

There is some contingency in place in the audio so if you get interrupted or cut off from the audio you'll wake up, and that the triggers will only work while listening, or if someone you trust uses them for you. 

This is a nice light file that can help you drop and get into a cozy trance state before listening to other audios. Hope you enjoy!
