I am not feeling too well lately. This, combined with the fact that in the I will be away for two weeks in June means I won't be posting much. To prevent this, I made several more sweater wives. Hopefully you all like how this one came out!

Short Story

"It's been a while since we've done something like this, hasn't it, Wolf?" Diane says as she pours herself a glass of wine.

"It's been a long time coming. Are you sure this will work? The Bad Guys can't be too obvious about this whole thing," Wolf says, leaning back in his chair.

"Of course, it'll work! Besides, we'll have your friends covering the inside and me on the outside. It's foolproof," Diane smiles, taking a sip of her wine.

The plan was simple: Wolf and the other Bad Guys would dress up as maintenance workers and sneak into the gala. Then sneak into the vault and steal the item, while Diane, as she was a known governor, could enter the gala would distract the Baron by keeping him engaged in the party, thus he won't be able to get any update from his security. The Bad Guys will then meet Diane and make their escape, where they will return the stolen item back to the museum, thus earning back the city's trust and getting Diane re-elected.

The team spent the next few days preparing for the gala, practicing their entrances, their routines, and their getaways. Everything had to be perfect. Diane was counting on them, after all.

As the day approached, Wolf became more and more anxious. He kept asking himself the same questions over and over again. He is unsure if Diane can keep Baron occupied. The Baron is a known womanizer and a flirt. There is no guarantee that Diane will be able to keep the Baron from getting suspicious.

"Everything is going to be fine, Mr. Wolf," Diane tells him the day before the gala, as the two of them sat on Diane's base of operation. "I've dealt with guys like the Baron many times. I know how to handle myself around them. You just make sure that you and your team do what you're supposed to do."

Wolf nods. "Of course, Governor. We'll have no problem with that. This will be a walk in the park."

Diane smiled. "That's good to hear."

She leans closer to him. "Just to be safe, however, what if I showed you what I prepared to wear for the Gala?"

Wolf was stunned by her proposition.

"Uh, well, um, sure! If you want to, that is..."

Diane smiles and goes over to her closet. "Well, if you don't mind, of course. I would really appreciate it. I always ask for a second opinion."

"I'm sure you'll look lovely either way," Wolf says, a little bit nervous.

"Aww, aren't you the sweetest!"

Diane walks into the closet and smirks at wolf before closing the door. Wolf was a little nervous. He had no idea what to expect.

A few minutes later, the door opened. Wolf turned around and his eyes widened. Diane stood in the doorway. She was wearing dark blue jacket with purple inset. Diane body was only covered with purple bikini. "I hope you remembers that this is a pool gala, and from my information, the Baron seems to like this kind of outfit."

Wolf's mouth went dry. He struggled to find the right words.

"Well, what do you think?" Diane asked.

"It's... very nice," Wolf said.

Diane smiled.

Wolf never seen Diane wearing nothing short that covers her entire body, the most revealing outfit is the dress which Wolf met Diane first time. Wolf was a bit surprised, but he tries not to show it. He had no idea how he would feel tomorrow, with Diane wearing that outfit. He couldn't believe it. Diane Foxington was wearing a bikini for him.

Wolf's heart rate increased, as he began to imagine Diane wearing that outfit. He couldn't believe he was so nervous. This was insane. He was Mr. Wolf, a legendary criminal. Why was he so nervous about a little swimsuit?

Diane smiled and walked over to Wolf.

"Do you think the Baron will like it?" Diane asked, placing her hand on Wolf's chest.

Wolf gulped. "Yeah. Yeah, I think he will."

Diane smirked.

"Good. I'm glad to hear it."

Wolf looked at Diane and smiled. He couldn't believe it. This was happening. Diane was about to kiss him.

"Well, then. Let's do this," Diane whispered.

Diane leaned in and kissed Wolf.

Wolf's heart rate skyrocketed. He felt dizzy. He couldn't believe it. He was kissing Diane Foxington.

Wolf wrapped his arms around Diane and pulled her close. He closed his eyes and savored the moment.

He couldn't believe how good it felt. It was like he was on cloud nine.

Diane wrapped her arms around Wolf and kissed him deeper.

The two of them continued to kiss, until finally, they broke apart. They were both panting heavily.

"Wow," Wolf breathed.

Diane smiled.

"Yeah. Wow."

Diane and Wolf looked at each other and started laughing.

"We should probably get some rest," Diane said.

Wolf nodded.

"Yeah. Tomorrow's going to be a big day."

The two of them stood up and headed for their bedrooms.

Wolf laid down on his bed, thinking about the kiss.
