Still officially on "vacation"
I did this while on the bus from New York. I don't particularly mind drawing in public spaces, and I find it really cool when people do. But even here, as I was more or less focused on making a good drawing there was a part of me wondering if the person sitting next to me was glancing at my tablet screen.
This has a couple of effects. One, I'm really unlikely to be drawing porn or pinups in public. And two, I'm kinda wondering what they're thinking. While streaming is essentially drawing in a public space, with maaaany more people watching. It's a curious thing to be drawing and someone sitting right next to you could be glancing over.
Of course they're not supposed to. Public decency is all about respecting each other's privacy. But in this case, as an artist, part of you always wants someone else to see it. (unless it's ungodly terrible)
