I'm not sure what's up but "Driver Power State Failure" doesn't sound very good. It could be a wonky driver but so far everything's up to date and without any more specific reporting I can't pinpoint which device might need a tune up.

I can report that the problem seems to be related to network issues. While I'm connected to the home network via my laptop, seemingly perfectly fine, my desktop starts showing trouble late into the evening. Thankfully I'm usually done with work but after a night of very heavy internet usage, Chrome starts behaving funny and then becoming totally unresponsive.

I'd have pegged it as a Chrome problem if Microsoft Edge browser didn't also display the same issues. So I tried a number of fixes. Here's hoping it gets better.
