The anatomy is a little wonk here but it was a pretty difficult pose to get done. and it was really hard to get the ropework right. I was working off some refrence which helped but there are still spots where I wish I was more confident in where muscles and bones were.

I normally wouldn't post something this kinky onto the feed but it's not as bad as some things go. I hope it doesn't seem bad to any of you guys. One of the things that goes with some older adventure stories is the "peril" kink and it's something you see really played up in a number of different ways in our more aware media. Empowered is a comic that more or less started with that trope and turned it on its head.

This sketch alone isn't quite so nuanced, obviously. I went back and forth on her expression a bunch on this drawing as it wasn't really that lively of a drawing if I went with a simple pleased expression. Something slightly more uncomfortable was more interesting for the picture. The story telling is a bit wonk, why would the sign be addressed to Colette? It's not taht well thought out frankly.

Maybe I shouldn't over think these things. They're kinky, and I find them pretty fun.

You taught me squick. The drawing is cute anyway. I'm thinking of a book of illustrations. Call it "Colette Unbound." You know, like "Prometheus Unbou... never mind.

I'm not sure Empowered turns it on its head so much as enormously self-aware of it, but the difference might just be academic.
