I did not have a real concept for why I drew Cass Cain in Power Girl's outfit but I'm kinda glad I did. I'm not sure Cass is though... Maybe in this story she's been given the temporary powers of a Kryptonian but why would she of all people end up in this outfit.

A friend speculated that she lost a bet with Steph...

I feel like the scar on her buttcheek was a really funny but embarrassing story at the time.

Possible justification: Someone like General Zod is causing havoc but everyone knows Superman is useless in hand-to-hand combat against other kryptonians, so for the next couple of issues they get Zatanna to briefly transfer his powers over to Cass so she can beat Zod to a pulp in his place. Zatanna includes this outfit for her own amusement.
