Kinda did this mostly cause I thought it'd be cool but also because I felt like I was neglecting the Cassandra Cain fandom that follows me for some fun Cass stuff. And Mortal Kombat Cass is something I think would be pretty cool, if anything just to see what she could do if things got really violent. Judging from the Tarkatan skull she has in this pic, the "no kill" rule might just be suspended for this hyper violent Alternate Universe.

I don't think a lot of Cass fans, and even some DC fans, share the same sorta love I have for the Mortal Kombat universe. Despite having Mortal Kombat vs DC existing somewhere in the canon of both universes, the properties are pretty different. But I guess that's what makes the crossover so potentially enjoyable. If they ever do it again, I'd love to see Cass get a chance to let er rip.

I remember in a Batman/Superman comic where there were a bunch of Doomsday clones flooding an area, but they were drone copies with no minds, and Supes was totally ok with just heat vision nuking the whole lot because they weren't alive. I imagine this sort of thing is where it could work for Cass. Imagine a bunch of Mileena drone-clones or Cyber Lin-Kuei and Cass just unleashing on all of them when it becomes clear they aren't living things. Also, there is a lot of fun possibility of her denying all the killing in the MK world. There's a certain fun of her interrupting fatalities to save people, and that starts another round for her to fight, where she comes up with some brutal nonlethal finishers. You could even have some big deal MK character mention off-hand that the scariest thing about Cass leaving someone horribly taken out was that "she made sure to leave them alive", and then show that it might have been better just to die instead.
