So like... okay if you don't know this one I wouldn't blame you. But it's related to V-tubers (who are more or less voice actors who stream on twitch playing games, while using an anime avatar) and Japanese language in a lot of anime. "Ara ara" is kinda a phrase with a lot of potential meanings, but in this context it's something akin to a sexy older woman saying something like "oh my" where in a context said sexy older woman is somehow being seductive. It's kinda a thing.

Anyway, nerds are like supposed to "die of horniness" upon hearing a beautiful anime lady saying it and it's kinda a joke. But like, I imagine Colette is exactly the right combination of nerd that is super attracted to Rose that she might actually suffer some damage upon hearing it.
