Peia Page Preview Part Two (Patreon)

I was actually hoping to have this done last night but a couple bits about it vex me and I'll need to rework some of the drawing and finish off the colors a bit later. Getting the piece to look like it's underwater is still going to be tricky, and I think I might need to do much more with ambient effects and particles in the foreground.
